Everyday, you will log your mood in the morning or before a task, and then at some point in the day, generate a random, stress-free activity that will bring you joy. These tasks can vary from taking a walk to reading a book. It will also provide motivation and reasoning to how completing it can improve your mood. After finishing it, you can record your mood again, and eventually can see your progress in your mental health improvement. Every day that you stay consistent in completing a task, your daily streak will grow, and you can earn awards.

Users recieve medically backed up personalized care suggestions based on their self-assesment, specially designed to improve their mental state. We intend to have users recieve a notification at a random time each day to complete their daily assigned task, letting them take a few minutes to improve their mental health. When they complete their mental improvement task, their progress is recorded on "streaks" where they can see how their mental health improved over time.
